Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Key Terms

• This prize draw is run by Select Research Ltd on behalf of the ShapeGB consortium. 
• Apple is not involved in any way with the competition. 
• The Prize Draw is free to enter (no purchase required unless otherwise stated).
• Unless otherwise stated the prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• The prize draw may be promoted over several different websites simultaneously.
• You may enter the prize draw up to five times using one email address. Any further entries will be disqualified. 
• Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.
• Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK address unless otherwise stated. Proof of identity may be required. 
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. 
• Winners will be contacted and informed via the e-mail address provided.
• Only winners will be informed of the outcome. 
• The prize draw will run from 01^st May 2018 to 31^st of October 2018. 
• We are completely compliant with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. 
• All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted. 
• Prize draw rules are subject to change. 
• The prize draw will close after data collection on ShapeGB is complete.
  
  
  Prize winners will be notified of the competition result by email (if address is asked for/provided) or by direct message on social media (winners must, therefore 'like' or 'follow' our social media accounts in order to be contacted about prizes) not more than 30 days following the closing date, and will receive their prizes not more than 60 days following that closing date. 
  

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 14 days but if
the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or
provide an address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of them
eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the Prize Draw
terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer
the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not
transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
